i am not an expert on this, but my grandmother used to pick her Concord grapes either just before or as soon as they turned brown.

I brought a concord grape vine and when it bears grapes the skin will get brown and eventually rot whats wrong
either you are waiting too long to pick them or they are in too much shade they need full sun light
we had concords where i grew up and when we picked them
they were blue almost purple
