Does anyone know if Silver Lace Vine will bloom okay in filtered to deep shade?

I have read several things , one says it needs full sun, others say sun to part shade, and a couple have said sun to shade. So I am confused as to how it would do underneath canopies of trees in filtered light.

Anyone have experience with this or know for sure?

Thanks for your answers!

Polygonum aubertii - the Silver Lace Vine that you are asking about is a not-very-distant relative of Polygonum cuspidatum - Japanese Knotweed. The fact that silver lace vine can grow and produce its white blooms in shade makes planting it a temptation for gardeners not blessed with a sunny locale. But I would resist the temptation to grow this invasive species... I have two customers who were tempted and have regretted it ever since.... To answer your question, yes it will grow and flower in dappled shade - but it may take over your plot.
