How can I kill an obnoxious vine that is ruining my garden. Have tried Round UP?

Cut it off at the base or if to hard then scrap bark of around the base n coat either with undilluted round-up 360.....u can buy little 250ml bottles..Glyphosate is cheaper than round n is the smae product. If that doesn't work, which u should notice effects between 7 n 14 days.then try blackberry n tree killer poison that u can buy at nurserly or hardware store. All else fails maybe try nukeing it. Good luck Ps....You can take a cutting to nursery n they should be able to tell you what to use.

Please go to page #1 and see the question posted by "ineeddonothing". He is asking for a very strong and fast growing vine. I suggested Vinca vines but it sounds like you have a better one for him..........

Reply:persistent little bugger eh........ try salt that kills very well. when it is dead remove surrounding soil with a shovel as it is contaminated and nothing will grow in that spot.
Reply:Round up should work, there is another product called Image. If you get the brush killer version of Round Up it is stronger. It may take a few treatments. The only real way is to keep cutting off all of the shoots as soon as you see them. Without leaves all plants will die once the stored energy in the root system is used up.
Reply:I have read that pouring pure bleach on this does the trick.
