When should I be able to plant out grape vine cuttings?

I took some cuttings in Feb, of an outdoor grape vine (wine grapes) which has been established for many years in Wiltshire.

They are now growing quite well, but I don't want to put them out too early.

When should I be able to plant out grape vine cuttings?
Where you live you can plant them now. I would not expect much this year though. A good mature grape vine can grow a root 25 feet deep.
Reply:You need to put any plants out after any late frosts.

Another thing you need to do is to plant a rose next to the vine, this way when the rose gets mildew, black spot, rust or aphids you will be able to see the diseas that you need to spray the vine and the rose for.
Reply:I think once the shoots reach about 300mm, there should be a good enough root to transplant them safely either outside or potting on. As the others said wait till the frost danger is over before putting them outside
Reply:I have one I am waiting to plant now....The instructions said to wait until all danger of frost had passed.

Hope this helped!
Reply:You can put them in now as long as you grow them in a greenhouse heated if possible
