How do you kill moon vine?

Way to invasive in SW Washington State. Can't beleive that anybody wants to grow it. There's no controlling it.

How do you kill moon vine?
Cut them down to just above the ground. Spray weed killer right into stem. An even better thing that I do for tough "weeds" is I go to my vet and purchase a needle and syringe, fill it with herbicide, and inject it right into the stem. This helps to reduce contamination of any plants you want to keep around.

FYI, the seeds of this plant are poisonous, and the leaves have been know to make dogs sick, so be careful with where you dispose of this!
Reply:Round Up has a new spray for thick brush and poison ivy. Try it. If that doesn't work, if it is possible, try to burn it.
