Is it too late to cut back my grape vine?

I forgot to do it at the end of summer and I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion? The vine is 4 years old now and produces a lot of fruit - although the grapes are still quite small. Thank you.

The best time to prune your 4 year old grape vine is after autumn, beginning of winter, when it is dormant. I found a site that will help.

Reply:No, go ahead and prune during the dorment stage.
Reply:have Concords and Flaming Reds and have also cut 3 weeks ago and the leaves are coming back. Now, that has never happened. Probably the heat in California. I never cut right at the end of summer.
