What can I cook/make with four vine ripened tomatoes I need to use soon?

tomatoe sandwich ,blts , dice them up with onion garlic and hot peppers makes salsa , dice them and make tomatoe salad with italian dressing with onions and cukes . but what do you like to eat

What can I cook/make with four vine ripened tomatoes I need to use soon?
1. Gazpacho

2. Salsa

3. Spaghetti sauce.

4. Stuffed tomatoes

5. Make macaroni %26amp; cheese, and serve the sliced fresh tomatoes on the side with salt.

6. Most Indian food recipes involves overripe tomatoes.



Only FOUR tomatoes? I can eat all those in one sitting!

Reply:Put a can of green beans in a frying pan and begin to heat it. Cut the tomato up in chunks and throw them in the pan with the green beans. Cook just 4-5 min until everything is heated thru, the tomato will be just lightly cooked.



Sliced tomato is also great on grilled cheese sandwiches.

It's a great snack

Chop your tomatoes up

Add minced garlic, basil, olive oil and a little salt

Serve on toasted bread (baguettes are perfect for this)

You can rub a fresh garlic clove on the bread if you like (adds more flavor)

Fresh garlic and basil will taste best, but dried spices will work in a pinch
